  • You should follow the systematized daily routine and keep yourselves in tune with the change in seasons, following a well-planned diet and exercise schedule.

  • Ayurvedic treatment emphasizes on maintenance of personal, social and civic hygiene which is must for positive health.

  • You should avoid sleeping during the day as it leads to indigestion.

  • You should avoid overeating and always try to eat fresh lukewarm foods. The food should be taken at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime, as it helps in ensuring proper digestion and a sound sleep.

  • Make oil massage a part of your daily routine. You can massage with regular oil or also use essential oils because essential oils contain properties to treat skin disorder effectively and efficiently.

  • Do some physical exercise and make it an inevitable part of your daily routine. Apart from this the yoga practice will help in bringing lightness to the body, stability, and ability

to work, resistance to discomfort and also stimulates digestion.
